The development of Industry 4.0 technologies affects the structure and forms of organizations. The Business Model Canvas is a strategic tool for developing new or documenting existing business models. Using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) structure, it is possible to take a comprehensive look at the organization's business model and identify areas where the organization uses Industry 4.0 solutions. BMC consists of 9 key segments: Customer Segments, Value Proposition, Sales and Service Channels, Customer Relationships, Key Processes, Resources, Partnerships, Revenue, and Cost Structure. The survey consists of 9 questions about the application of Industry 4.0 technologies in your organization in particular areas of the business model.
The survey will help create better and safer conditions for digital transformation in Europe based on Industry 4.0 applications.
